3) i approched many mechs : local, castrol bike and bajaj service guys and these grease monkeys dont understand what i am asking for , they simply say u cannot do that, its impossilble and all the stuff, suggest me a good mech in HYD for this.
1. Front Sprocket? Very rare bikes have 16 teeth front, ok? Maybe Rx135 has it, but it won't fit.

2. P180 UG3's sprocket set, which is 15/43 is direct fit, but one teeth will hardly give you a difference.

Also, check all generations of Pulsar. If any one gen. has a 42 teeth, but with 4 holes, it might fit.
Older Pulsars mostly had 6 holes, which won't fit.

Also, I strongly think that, the 42 teeth rear of Discover 125 (after March 2006) might fit... can't guarantee though.

Try going into showrooms and try old sprockets to decide which ones fit. Old ones are lying around for free...

3. Only Hyderabad users can help about this. I'm not from there, so sorry.
