From what I know, manufacturers never have parts made exactly to specifications in the original blueprints for the bike. there is always an error of ~.5% in the values. if there is an error of this magnitude in every part used , it brings down the performance from optimum levels. blueprinting means slowly going thru each and every screw and every other part and making it to exact specifications either by modifying the part or by replacing it. then you get optimum performance. i don't know who does it or how much it costs. try searching the threads for that info.
