Very noble thought. But there are a few practical difficulties.
1. All members are not from Mumbai.
2. A significant initial contribution would be reqd from all to procure any place. Unless u decide on someone's house
3. Regular maintenance would be needed.
4. Who'd take the responsibility ?
Just my thoughts.
