How about a feature which would add a thread to a members subscription automatically once he posts in the thread ? This simple feature could make browsing and posting through Xbhp a whole lot easier. I have seen this feature is used in almost all other automotive forums.

Others members can post their views/suggestions so that moderators and owners can include this feature.

Query Approved, Answered and Locked

Automaticv Subscriptions were deactivated on request of certain members since they used to get too many mails (howver there is on option of a weekly subscription mode but many choose the default one - daily which floods inboxes).

However there is the option of the manual subscription mode which can be judiciously used on only the threads you want to answer rather then manually unsubscribe from every thread which you have replied (if the case of auto subs was true)!
