Off late i've been browsing through xbhp and checking out various threads. Besides biking the other things about which i am passionate are music and cooking!!!
I found thread related to music though not that active but the latter was an alien over here. So taking the initiative and starting off. Lets hope people come out and share their thoughts.
This thread will be all about food food and food
What kind of food we like and dislike and all the many things which i may miss out to mention.
To begin with more than eating i like cooking food! Yes you read it korrect!!! I like cooking but not the conventional types, i like trying out various new things and getting a new result every time.
While i was at home (till the completion of my college) entry for me in the kitchen was a big NO NO! Coz i was considered a clumsy kind of freak who would end up burning things rather than cooking something or end up cutting hand with a knife or many such assumptions like that
But post college, i got placed and had to move to Bangalore here also for initial 1 year i had to keep this itch in my hand under control coz i was staying in a pg and once we (me and my friends) moved to an apartment i got the cure for my itch! Yes i got my own independent kitchen and voila my lab was ready with all the experiments that i wanted to do.
My subjects happen to be my friends on whom i try out all the dishes i prepare.
So guys lets share out thoughts about this. I know its only in bachelor life that we experiement to cook and end up getting something else as result
