Sunil: It takes a lot of courage to admit a mistake to one's own self. And it takes a lot more than 'lot of' to do so publicly. Your error was inadvertent, your regret truly heartfelt and your efforts to redeem the loss were genuine. There's not much room left for an apology there. But since you do insist, please don't repeat either ever again...I mean the error and the apology

The education never ends and this incident will no doubt be stashed away somewhere in your psyche, but always hovering close to the edge of awareness.
