A-Z of forum members (No offence to anyone person or group):

Admin: Admin is the biggest Hero of the forum handling the biggest problems and handing out ban hammers to big heads. While he bans spambots, trolls, flamers, etc. easily, he feels a pain in his heart while banning environmentalists, misunderstood people, etc.

Banned: These members are of a wide variety: Spambots, Computers, heavily angered people, p*rn crazed maniacs, business advertisers, blamers, flamers, etc.



Clueless: The clueless typically are noobs to the forum. Clueless members will often ask the same question several times or just keep asking for clarification after several examples have been provided. This of course leads to members replying angrily and becoming frustrated.



Diggers: These people go to the last page of a forum section, say News, and post a reply so that it becomes 1st Page sensational Breaking news!
Members confuse it as latest news, and give comments like "I thought it happened 4 years ago?" or "I predicted this will happen much before" or "I knew this would happen"... before a moderator closes a topic.

Environ-mentalists: These people are the "ideal" persons, maybe followers of Gandhi, etc. They are trying to improve the state of our forums by blaming people for their respective mistakes.
Admins initially think that such members are flawless and they will become moderators in the future. But later, it turns out that they were the misfits causing all the entire ruckus.

Frustrated: Angry and frustrated members usually find the forum as an escape from their daily routines. It’s important to understand that they are already angry and frustrated by the time they show up at the forum.
Just about any little thing can trigger an angry outburst from this type of member like,
Why you post an OT?? How dare you post in the wrong section? What if I broke one rule, everyone breaks them!!!
Other members are petrified of posting in his thread lest something bad happens to their reputation.

If warned by Admins, Frustrated members don't flame other members but then they just blame the system. The government is f***ing corrupt, the companies are bl**dy thieves, petroleum companies suck my ****, etc, etc.



Girls: Some girls who have "lost it completely" and have killed their social life come to do some passtime of forums. Some more behave as if they're boys in real life.
First they display pics of Katrina Kaif, Priyanka, etc. as Avatar and get a lot of friendship requests and messages from unknown members.
Then they put on their real pic as avatar, and nobody sends them anything then.

Hackers: If Admin is the Army General and Moderators are the soldiers, hackers are definitely terrorists. Admins pray everyday that hackers get killed in their real life.
In the online world, while Admin just bans the rule breakers, the hacker (if successful) bans the Admin himself!



Intelligent: The intellect’s are a rare find and they usually find you. They are motivated by correcting and providing in-depth information about a certain subject.
It is useless to argue with an intellect as they usually have years of experience and can point to the exact sentence in a book to prove they are right.



Jovial Salesman: The salesman is motivated to be everyone’s friend. They typically will not try to anger anyone and will reply with neutral comments to show contribution and keep peace with everyone.



Kids: Often, kids get access to internet and unfortunately, forums too. They might ask you for a good small bicycle on a motorcycle forum with no fix budget, and when you suggest one, they will say "Alright uncle, send it over. Here is my address: ...."

Lurkers: The lurker usually joined the forum because it is useful and provides good information. They are called lurkers because they never post and always show up as daily visitors in your forum statistics.



Moderator: This guy worked so hard on the website, that he almost becomes a nerd. Finally, Admin notices him and thinks that he can't handle all the work by himself, so he should probably delegate the "cleaning up" job to this hardworker...
After the endless years of pain and sacrifice, this guy becomes a moderator just to know that Moderators don't get salaries. He retires from the staff and finds himself a real job in real life... Story ends.



Narrators: These members typically enlarge small stories into long sagas and trip logs. Other members don't read between the lines and then ask questions only to be replied back by "Read my first post carefully". Despite that, other members choose not to read it.

I find many posts of Kanda ji which are either deleted or the id is blocked.
Btw,
This guy is hilarious and should become a comedian one-day but
I doubt if he is a very simple man who is not fluent in English,As a result we dont understand his words and end up laughing.

I'm not sure, as the Staff didn't tell us why he was banned.

My guess is that because he once said that he rode his bike drunk... and then he crashed and people picked him up or something.
Now, we the Xbhp promote safe riding so...

initially i too used to think that this kamlesh kanda is a fictitious character, as i have seen some of his posts as signature quotes of some ppl, the one i remember was something like "once i rode my bullet and ra e it with a car ..."..

lol he really existed...
