You must have been acquainted with Idiots on Road some time or the other. The one, who due to his careless behavior cause damage to you or others on the road. He is the one who does the following things:

• Over speeding
• Drunken-driving
• Cell phone conversations while crossing the road.
• Dangerous and reckless driving
• Violation of traffic norms and rules
• Negligent pedestrians
• Hawkers who blindly runs across the road
• Jay Walkers
• Signal breakers
• Tailgating
• Cutting others off
• Weaving in and out of traffic
• Forming a "convoy" to block access to a traffic lane
• Honking the vehicle's horn or flashing lights excessively
• Deliberately hitting another person, vehicle or object with one's own vehicle.
• Opening door in the middle of the road & Spitting on the road

So here is "Spot the idiots" contest.

On www.Beidiotsafe.com, you'll see a few videos showcasing Busy Roads in India. All you need to do is :
- Select a video from a series of locations
- Spot the idiots from the video and capture the image

I once asked the above question in the thread - Be Idiot Safe : www.beIdiotSafe.com and this is the original post.

So this contest seems to be some initiative to the above. While we might get some gifts for identifying the person, what does the person get? Punished? Or something else? How does this work? Are we submitting this video to court or something upon multiple violations?

So what's the idea behind this @Sunny? So we spot the "idiot" who causes trouble & stay away from him? Is that all or are there some more?

Identifying a problem is the first and the most important step towards resolving it, isn't it? And, this contest is a step in that direction only. The idea is not to punish the people in these videos, but to educate "others" who might be committing the same mistakes but are not aware of it because nobody ever pointed it out to them. Even if 10% of those people who have seen these videos and are able to identify the idiots there and realize their own mistakes, i guess this contest is a success.

No, see the videos and check that are you not committing the same mistakes, as these "idiots." And, if you are, THIS is the time to correct it. And if you are not, then spread the word and help educate more people.

Not to forget, you can win goodies in this process.

This "Spot the Idiots" Contest is amazing.
One of my friend received some nice gifts from the Beidiotsafe team for contributing to the Initiative.
Sounds good to me...lets try it out
