I had my rc in my wallet for days and for some reason the data wriiten on it like my name and all have started to come off.. A bit of written info is gone.. Is there any way i can get a new one or gdt this one fixed?

Contact your RTO. They will be able to provide you the duplicate RC.
i got mine around 2 years back hence i don't remember the fee. You'll get it within few hours.
