Default Lease policy for motorcycles

We know that many companies offer cars on lease policy. All the EMI paid, fuel amount spent and money spent for maintenance is tax deductible directly. Besides, after the end of the lease period, the car can be transferred to the employee at 1% or 10% value of the car and he sells it in the second hand market at a good price and go for the lease again. This is possible because the tax law provides this on leasing.

My question is, is this possible for motorcycles also? We have a lot of big nice motorcycles in the Indian market which cost almost same as many cars. Can the lease policy be provided on them? One direct problem I know is that the most common lease providers Orix and LeasePlan do not offer services for motorcycles. i do not know if there is any other company which provide this service. Apart from this, is there any other issue in the tax laws that prohibit such a concept?

I was speaking to some person from the finance team in my company and he said this reason only. Is it true?
