We are in need of another team member, which will basically have the following qualities:

Be an avid biker, not afraid of riding long distances on motorcycles
Be ready to work day and night, be resourceful, be a good speaker, should be able to speak to clients and companies. He should have a strong sense of what xBhp is about, should be a xBhp evangelist.

He should have good temperament and should be able take criticism as well as continuously improve on himself.

Role: An amalgamation of several qualities, role will have lot of overlaps like photography, event coverage, etc. He could be required to cover a press conference, or could be required to manage an entire activity like Biker of the Year from start to finish while in between looking after other things as well. Sometimes he may be required to ride an exotic bike like a Ducati.

Perks are always being surrounded by motorcycles, working with a small but creative and passionate team. If he is really really good, he can expect to be a part of international xBhp roadtrips on some of the world's best machines as well.

When you are with someone (something) you love... money should not be a concern i think.

Question here should be - how much do i pay? - to get to ride the duke and the other monsters as well. Getting to be around the mean machines should be incentive enough i guess :-D
