xBhp is looking for a creative visual genius. And it will help if you are interested in motorcycling.

We believe that here, at xBhp, you will learn how to be independent and churn out not only designs in Photoshop and Dreamweaver, but also take charge and apply your creative instincts in making an idea even better, or even thinking up new ideas altogether!

We want someone who is independent and does not need too much of guidance. If you are good and sincere in what you do, you will be appreciated.

xBhp has been the lead catalyst of change in the way motorcycling is seen in India. It has spawned hundreds of motorcycle superheroes out of real life people, along with tens of aspiring groups and ventures who believe they also can make a difference.

With an important role such as this and with a core team of only four people (including YOU - if you fit the bill), it is but inevitable that a lot of load will fall on your shoulders.


Remember when you apply for this ‘job’, you are applying to make a difference in how a whole nation thinks about motorcycling. You have a chance to show the world how good a creative head you are, BUT…


If you think that joining xBhp is all about just riding BIG BIKES and going on TRIPS, then think again!

You have to prove yourself to be a worthy candidate to be a part of the official xBhp roadtrips, this means finishing your work FAST and SMART and being a part of the creative thinking process for various projects.

First please READ the following WARNINGS :

• It will be LONG HOURS of working sometimes, no - a LOT of times
• You will be expected to be CREATIVE, not just follow instructions
• You should be able to apply your mind and LOGIC before creating anything. For example we don’t expect a typo in a design from you, nor do we expect yellow and pink colors on a green background!
• Can you take CRITICISM?
• Can you STAY UP and work one whole night if required, and perhaps more? If not, then please stay away.


The following is a MUST:

• Good ENGLISH
• Must WORK FAST and SMART
• Self MOTIVATED and INDEPENDENT, must not be complacent when there Is no supervisor
• Must be DRIVEN (or should I say RIDDEN!) to prove that he is the best designer in the whole goddamn world!
• Outstanding sense of what looks good, TYPOGRAPHY
• Must be PROFICIENT in Photoshop, Dreamweaver, CSS and DHTML, converting designs from mock to a working DHTML page etc. Must also know basic Flash.
• Willingness to take up ODD JOBS, and jobs that fall out of your purview.
• A little knowledge of PRINT, but not necessary.
• Candidates with their own laptop capable of running heavy softwares will be preferred, but not necessary.


And after this entire headache what will YOU GET?

• MONEY, depends on what you bring to the table. Freshers, people who think they are creative in their head etc., need not apply. We need people with a certain level of experience and confidence to take up this job. So there is no fixed figure that we have in mind right now.
• RECOGNITION, for your work. Your name will be up there with the xBhp core team.
• OPPORTUNITIES, loads of them. Freedom to design what you want (as long as its good!), to ride (if you do your work on time).
• EXPERIENCE – an environment of HIGH PRESSURE + CREATIVE FREEDOM and INDEPENDENCE is not very common. You will get this here – again as long as you are good and reliable.

• Which bike do you own?
• Your past experience of course and education
• All the software etc that you know
• How much do you know about motorcycles? How much have you ridden?
• What is the expected salary
• What are the amount of family commitments / other commitments that you have and that may affect the amount of work.
• Any medical conditions?
• Link to online portfolios and samples of work a must

Post receiving your applications we will assess them and call the candidates who will be shortlisted to the xBhp HQ for a one-day interview session and practicals.
