Default e-shopping.... How to ?

e-shopping.... How to ?

Need some things to buy but not available in local market or available at higher rate .
Then the answer is eshopping .

But how to ?

For ex . I found some led's for bikes on ebay at very cheap rates than in local market , but when i tried to pay the money for them paypal arrives with 2 ways either pay by logging into paypal account or as a guest .
Though paypal says debit card can be used but it keeps rejecting every debit card i entered with both ways creating account at paypal or trying them as guest .
So with several phone calls to card cells & visit to local branch , what i found is "Indian debit card's can't be used for online shopping . As per the RBI rule ."
There is no problem if you have credit card .

But as i have complete my BE last year & preparing for govt. exam's , in short in a struggle mode . So i don't have credit card . So while searching for alternative way , i found that some bank's in india provides virtual credit cards , which are useful for online shopping .

1) Central Bank of India

There are 2 types of virtual credit card Rev Master Card & Gift Card
But there are no details about rev master card on cetral bank of india web site also the rev virtual card web giving 403 error so i thinks its ended https://www.revvirtualcard.co.in/
There is mentioning for gift card on central bank of india web but no details about charges , requirements etc. https://www.centralbankgiftcard.co.i...?ActiveID=1072
The local branch here have no idea about gift card . Only one thing they told is , it is not arrived in our branch yet .

2) HDFC Bank

Virtual credit card by HDFC bank are called as Netsafe . Online Credit Card Payment | HDFC Bank - Virtual Credit Card, Secured Visa Credit Card, Safe Online Shopping One can create unlimited Netsafe cards if he/she has an account with a debit card in HDFC bank.
Upon checking for the details of documents required to create new account in HDFC bank branch here , they provided info about various facilities HDFC provides & how it is useful & blah blah .... but you need to maintain atleast 30000 per month in account & atleast 1 swap of debit card in 3 month .

3) ICICI Bank

ICICI bank's virtual credit card is an add-on visa credit card issued to on primary credit card .
By logging into Infinity account customers of ICICI bank can create virtual credit cards . https://infinity.icicibank.co.in/Login.jsp

4) Axis Bank

Axis bank's virtual credit card is known as Eshop card . User having credit card can create it .
Axis Bank | eShop Card

5) Kotak Mahindra Bank

Virtual credit card by Kotak Mahindra Bank is known as Netcard. Gold Net Cards | Gold Visa Debit Cards | Bank Gold Visa Debit Cards |Universal Acceptance
No branch here .

This is what i found so far , if anyone knows more please share it .

Mod's if this topic won't gonna help other members then trash it . I putted this to get some info & share the info i found . If there is any typing mistake or punctuation error i am sorry for that .

Arey yaar,you took it wrong.

You need to open an account with just Rs10000/- and they give debit card at the same time.
Ask for a VISA DEBIT CARD
Opening an account is an instant process, you just deposit the amount and they make an account and give you a kit.(It contains debit card, pin, etc)
Then You go to Hdfc netsafe and register your card and you are done.

Go ahead and make any no.of virtual cards, also you can use that Rs.10000 !!!

Remember-You should give spaces between after every four numbers in the credit card input bx otherwise you get an error in paypal's website.

I got call from HDFC head office & they also said its 10,000/- , But now i don't wanna put that much money as in comparison our nationalised banks 1000/- rupees account .

Have got net banking service activated by Maharashtra Bank & found these two web sites saying they can make virtual credit card after we add money there with our net banking .
Send Money to Your Paypal Account. Without a Credit Card.

Anyone have any idea about them then please share .

But you can remove the entire amount the same day.
They just want to make sure the account opener is capable of having atleast 10000Rs..
I don't recommend using the websites you mentioned, they can be fraud or have very high usage charges.
Better use a HDFC Net-safe.

Did you try using your card ? Make sure you enter spaces after every 4 nos.

And regarding RBI's new regulations : You need a pan card to recieve monery and not for spending money .

I use my normal SBI maestro ATM-cum-debit card for my purchases from ebay. It gets through the payment gateway and the order is booked. No issues.

Remove whole amount on same day ? Is it not needed to maintain balance ? No Fine ? Cause normally in nationalised bank we need to maintain 1000 rupees , if balance goes lower than 1000 then deduction starts .
