ahhh roadies.... one of the most unprofessional, unorganised show on tele. The sole purpose of the program is "no-brainier" entertainment. It doesn't matter if you really have an achievement as a biker or even an individual for that matter, if you are a clown you will get selected. Raghu and his hardworking team has got the mantra of hooking up the audience to the TV screens after producing 6 seasons in a row.
Though as a starter, would begin with the health and safety measures, that go right out of the window when they plan a task. I coudn't believe my eyes when I saw the first task of roadies 6 when the team was tied down to overcome a huddle and a guy just missed cracking his neck. the more amazing thing was that that mota "baba" with hairs all over his face, had a good laugh telling all that on national TV. hmmm... Now I see why he was given the charge of directing this season by that bloke Raghu himself. Also I can't figure out how much common sense does it take to warn roadies about the uncertain behaviour of the animals while approaching or being around them. a kick from a camel or horse is enough to depart the soul of "zero-size-desi-blonde" to heaven in seconds, which actually happened in the show but lucky the guardian angels were around them at that moment. Regarding the prize money, I think last season the production team was so annoyed with non-performing roadies that they just had to find reasons to giving away some money to maintain the reputation of "prize money" which had no interest of the roadies because they all were busy finding out who slept with who on or off the show and how word "f**k" was so close to their hearts. Elimination means your status changes from "contestant" to "crew member". No body goes back home, rather wait to give special appearances in the finale. All in all, a bad television but you know what...? it worked in India. If you are unemployed (like me) and have time to spare, watch it as I always do. Quote:
PS: and dude.. fuhget and forget have same number of letters man. I had to read that american "fuhget" thrice to get the word. Quote:

I think most of us watching this show don't really like it and yet we are somehow drawn towards critising it, and all this in a very perverted sense may arouse the curiosity of those who had not seen the show to watch and then join us in the criticism, all in all the Producers are going great guns pulling in the people who don't even like watching this show

Raghu....the name which describes a Taklu who think that everyone is a arsehole and moreover he can jugde people within minutes ..thats a god gifted b&^$%(*
...how come anyone willingly get themselves ragged by the duo-TAKLU's i simply dont understand..people still go there and show how cool they are and i donno what they wanna show about them? they are cool? they are repartee? they are 'chaalu'? this is utter bullshi'f'ism and i like the girls aka BITH** who go there cant do anything [mental or physical] both and they show how cool they are and on the contrary i support the 'ROWRIES' shows and their crew...as they are helping to tame the increasing population outburst as they are making the male 'rowries' sterile which will really help others and our govt specially to spread the message of 'parivar niyojan' in a brutal way and i think govt should encourage the other TV channels to do so as to mak more and more male sterile who think that going to these bullshi* show makes them famous and rich [and sterile ] which is indeed good...and moreover about biking i never saw them serious about biking as they are busy in politics and back bitching and fighting with each otherand as far as safety is concerned they are least bothered..as i saw a ad where a biker rides a the ZMA without any safety gear..not even helmet which is quite disgusting and pathetic...and as HH is concerned has no work to do rather than watching roadies and eat popcorn rather than doing some R&D ..they should give the producers some money from their R&D fund to buy some good gears!! ![]() Moreover i think the show is teaching a good lesson to the people who watch this ..that world doesnt revolves around style,attitude,showoff,money..which the youngsters think is the sole mantra to success in their personal life!! anyways...its kinda BIG BOSS kinda show...anyways..as i saw the participants had to take and collect shit ..get hit at their genitals ....do jobs which are hard to do ..teaches a valuable lesson to us ..that life is not easy as we think!! as far as the show is concerned it'll go on and one taklu after another will come to rag people on national television and unemployed and workless people who dont have anything to loose will go and the sponsors will waste/invest their money in it...

Unlike popular dislike, I would like to applaud raghu's genius of coming up with the concept of the show. Its simply picked from what happens from day-to-day life.If you notice, the politics, back-stabbing etc. are a part and parcel of a human beings social life!!
Yes the task this year, to begin with showed the desperateness of the contestants, talk about picking up shit!! whats next eating it!!???!! yuck!! I wonder if nauman who got the max hits on his balls has fauladi ones... The first 5 that were eliminated are coming back before leaving to australia.OT yaar sunny bhai zma leke jaate Australian roadtrip ke iye, kitna sasta pad jata...lol...hheeh |

^^^+1, my opinion is that the tasks this season are more funn than the last one. Yeah if you look at the logic and safety it doesnt fit the bill but who the heck looks for logic and safety when watching it. The contestants themselves are ready to do anything so whats the harm in watching them do it

If we talk about a show that really talks about touring and bikes, I believe it is Roadtrip on NDTV goodtimes sponsored by RE, personaly I love this show as I can get the glimps of the Himalayas
. The commendable thing about Roadieies is the amount of creativity involved.

Great show. Must watch for bikers and xBhpians. We can watch Roadies for TimePass. Nothing else. You don't learn anything related to biking in that show.
