Yes It comes on Thursdays at 10 30 PM on NDTV good times. Its a nice show. And yes, the girl Ayesha Sharma not only looks good but rides really well too. If you check the NDTV good times website there's a link to this show which again has a link to her blog. Worth a read.

I hope some of this " I'm a girl and i'm a biker too" attitude rubs of to our gfs or female friends after watching the show. Having a female as a fellow rider on a trip can make the trip really interesting.

Coming back to Roadies, its just an over rated show with an easier way of recruiting VJs for the channel( if you see, most of winners are VJs on the channel now).Frankly, politics and cat fights sell in the country and thats what makes the show interesting but it is galaxies away from what bikes and everything associated with them is all about.

But its a good way to distract posers and keep them glued to TV watching such shows while people passionate about motorcycles, can continue towards serious motrocycling/biking.

You really shouldn't have bothered with this approval

I really wonder why this show is actually called what it is. One of the worst shows on television, right now, according to me. But, then I guess there is a reason why it is so popular that it is in it's 6th season!
Still puzzled? You could be enlightened by one automotive magazine who has decided to take the plunge and sponsor the show. They believe its going to boost the customer base of their auto show on TV and their magazine. I seriously don't have a clue as to why a person who watches the show for all the drama in it would become familiar with the magazine and go out to the newsstand and buy the mag. Wake up you people with huge advertising budgets! Learn from Google. There's something called 'Targeted Advertising'.

May I ask you how?

People are finding it tough to describe what 'biking' is with so many 'genres' of motorcyclists. Bloggers, journalists, our good ol' trip loggers, find it hard to put down in words what biking is all about. You Sir, put down a concrete statement that it popularized biking!

The way I see it, more people were acquainted with the Karizma. That is all. I don't believe it promoted touring, stunting or like everybody here has stressed, importance of proper riding gear.

I received a mail before the start of the Season 6. This was written in the mail.

"What is worse than hungry sharks, lonely deserts, venomous spiders, ferocious crocodiles and treacherous reefs??? Ummmmmm......... wondering that there can't be anything worse than these combined!!!! Well then, welcome to MTV ROADIES - HELL DOWN UNDER, where all your worse nightmares will pale out in comparison........"

Only Ranvijay, Bani, Ayushman, Shambhavi and Anmol are from roadies (Do not think Anmol and Shambhavi will be VJs for long). Among them Only Ranvijay and Ayushman are Roadies winner. Correct me it I am wrong.
