Hi,

We Have a Campus visit to IIMC as part of our EPBM (Executive Program in Business Management) from Sunday 19th Evening checkin to 24th Friday Noon checkout in April 2009. During the stay We have to stay in IIMC hostel.

I am planning to fly in & avoid riding alone in scotching heat from Bangalore to Calcutta.

I can fly in on Friday 17th Late evening or 18th Sat morning & fly out on Next Sunday 26th Evening. This way will have
1. Sat 18th
2. Sunday 19th
3. All week day evenings Hopfully
4. Friday Noon onwardes of 24th
5. Sat 25th &
6. Sunday 26th Till Late night.


My intrests are Biking & Birding / photography
Any localite can help me decide what places to visit concedring My Intrest & hot sun , decent Hotels recomended for the dates mentioned above?

Junput
Haripur
Mukutmanipaur
Petropal
Shankarpur
Goenkhali.....plus few more......

In the city there are several sites that are worth a visit. Our can visit them in the evening also. If you need any help related to IIMC you can PM me. I have couple of friends there.

I did meet Jonak too.

We Visited:
Mandarmoni Awa Some Almost empty beach.
kali temple
Belur Ramakrishna Matt.
Chandan Nagar and many more places that Sandeep can update about.
























































Had a very nice time, got to know each other a lot.

hi...nice trip you had there....hope you werent scared to be passenger in the Hyundai Getz .....Mandarmani indeed is one of the calmest places near Kolkata....feels so cool and refreshing....and yes nir da indeed had some invaluable spare parts for his Comet...lucky that you got them from him..

PS:-heard you guys also had a break at Azad Hind dhaba on Bombay road on your way to Mandarmani....hope the food wasnt as bad as it has become in recent times..
