Xbhp Forum Problem (Technical)

My friend Pradeep from Bangalore can login but cannot post in this forum. He is an old member so no issue of new id activation. I am not sure what is causing this problem but according to him, this same problem is being faced by a few others. I am posting on behalf on him to inform the adminstrator as well as the moderators so that this issue can be sorted out soon.

I have talked about the same with Sunny many a times and he too has checked but couldn't find out any problem.

@Sunny-I guess you again have to look into the matter.

@psycho98-If Sunny is not able to solve the problem then I guess the final solution to your problem will be to delete your account and then make a fresh account.

@All others-People should come and post in this thread if they are also facing similar problems.

m not sure if this could be helpful.. but just as a basic think to remember while posting is to ensure if JavaScript is turned on of the browser..
xBHP.com uses JavaScript perhaps to make a QuickPost ..
i think ppl facing this problem can put down the Browser they are using, on what exact instance this is happening.. or any steps to reproduce this bug.. so this may help the admin or the mod to troubleshoot..

when I posted an Image link from My picasa album in some thread,
other members were saying, they couldn't see the pics,
but I can see 'em,
Is there is some problem if we upload image from Picasa web Album,
Due to this reason I fliped to Flickr,which is Ok now,

After server crash Even he created an id "twobrothers"... last 1 month he was not able to login.

System says ... you have sucessfully logged in, click here...and other stuff.

His page never moved from there... Standstill....

Dont know...how it got resolved... from last week he was able to login.

So the thread is up finally its not only me who is facing this problem even prabhu praful is facing the same, did any of the moderators checked the kadambam thread recently.

This is how i login nowadays :

1) Enter username pasword

2) Says thank you for logging in.

3) browser takes me to forum again where my username and last login date is not seen and i can only see todays posts not new posts.

4) after step 3 i click moderator lounge and voila everything is alright.


I don't know why my account is to deleted and refershed again this is pure cookie plroblem only the administrator can set the problem none of you moderators cannot do anything. if you start deleting there are many in que not only me.

@kriss-Don't make me feel that I forget people very fast.I remember each & every xBhpian whom I met in Hyderabad and Praveen was a special character.

This is the same thing happense to me all the time.
but after step three, you can click on any thread and you will see yourself logged in.

I think there is some issue on the page which we get when we log in the the page redirects us.

And this is something which is happeneing from the last couple of months.

As for me, I always keep the "Remember Me" box checked while logging-in. When I open the xBhp page in the browser, it asks me to login. But if I go to some link and come back using backspace or back key, it says "Welcome Aparajith". BTW this happens on alll OS(Win/Linux) and all browsers(Opera/Firefox/IE 8).
