Off Topic Approved.

If it's India you are talking about (which is pretty clear from your post), then undoubtedly one and the only motorcycling magazine we have - Bike India. Do we even have any other motorcycling magazine available officially, here, in India? I doubt.

However, I don't have much idea when it comes to international magazine. Recently, I did get to read a couple of issues of 'Bike UK' and I was mighty impressed by everything - starting with the cover page, page quality, size of the magazine (it was a little bigger than our desi Bike India, the quality of the photographs and the text, etc.

If you talk about biking magazine as in featuring only bikes, then ya in India you got only Bike india. But otherwise I really like the bike coverage of BSMotoring. They have a very fresh insight into the lots of topics and have a very interesting way of presenting their articles.

I am a Bike India subscriber, but I somehow find them too much politically correct. Every bike is very good, every company is very good, every thing about them is saccrine sweet. But their devotion to the cause of biking is praise worthy !!

Internationally I have read Bike Magazine UK and the same problem seems to plague them as well. Every bike is too good, every thing about every thing is good. They just can't seem to call a spade a spade !!

I liked Two magazine and Performance biking !! Peformance biking was amazing, their staff are as hardcore as they get transforming a zx-6r to 170 bhps and then burning the clutch !! Just to show it can be done.
And they were also the most politically incorrect bike magazine ever, right down to the naked ladied on bikes in their posters !!

Just the way I want a magazine !! Ruthless that is ! They wud not relent from shredding Triumph to pieces just cause tis a British company !

Indian..without a shred of doubt, Bike India

Rest of the world...

MCN's simply the best..I love it!
New MCN May 6: Aprilia RSV4 on the road! - Motorcycle News

Bike UK is also really good

Motorcycle USA is the best here...but it is a quarterly magazine..
and it's not exactly cheap- 4 issues 19.99$ ..but worth it coz it is one of the best I've seen .Check out this digital version
MotoUSA - 2009 Issue Two

I wonder if anyone has noticed the litre class shootouts of the various magazines ! And all the magazines seem to be totally contradicting each other this year !
Have a look at this, Motorcycle.com says the CBR is still the best and the 09 R1 is the last !!!

2009 Literbike Shootout - Motorcycle.com

But just over the atlantic Michael Neeves says that the 09 gsxr is slower than the R1 by more than 2 secs ! and says 09 R1 is the best.
The road test :

The track test :

Funny !

<< I posted this sometime back in the SBK thread ! I guess no one noticed ! After seeing this i think the topic can be changed to .." Which magazine do u beleive ?"

I guess the quality of English must also be pretty good. Can we have a look, at a G2G or something?

Bike India is dedicated to the cause of Biking. There is no doubt about that. But I agree that BSM maintains very high quality standards.

I noticed that abroad one gets motorcycling magazines for different categories... Racing, Reviews, How to... etc... Some magazines cover a lot of it, but there are magazines that are dedicated for these kind of things. There are Offroader dedicated mags for example.

Motorcycling and semi clad sexy women go together as you might have noticed in All kinds of races. Abroad, it is difficult to find an issue of a standard motorcycling magazine not having at least one photograph with a nude damsel posing with a lovely machine right through the year!
