I need a suggestion guys. I am a 09 pass out (Btech ECE Fresher) i gotta an offer from Osmosys.asia for the post Support engineer (Bond)and the salary he offered me is 8K. Shall i accept this offer. I am very confused. Please suggest

PS: This is a night shift in parallel i am learning .NET
its good as its a night shift, but the BOND seems to be a bit of concern over here, in case if u find any other good offer then you wont be able to make a switch.
But, if the bond if small, then theres not problem as it will also assure your stability. One Year shall not be a problem perhaps

Yes bond seems to be a concern i need to talk to CEO regarding this. Yes the stability for a company is a must this will show how u are gonna commit to a company and being a noob i collected some queries regarding night allowance and cab. If there is no cab available then i am gonna ask him around 12K. Am I doing right

if the bond is for 1 year, it won't create any props. for you..Look for other opportunities also but don't take too long for hunting as its a period of recession in most of the concerns..All the best
