hmm.. I don't really work in Domestic market, however, have got friends in companies like Manpower, Adecco etc. Do send in your CV, will forward it to them and they will get in touch with you if they have anything suitable

Principal / Senior Tunnel Engineer
Location: Melbourne, Australia


Duties:
  • Tunnel engineering design
  • Lead tunnel projects and coordinate other engineering disciplines including structural, hydraulic, and mechanical engineers
  • Be an integral design lead in tunnel projects
  • Oversee the production of design deliverables including drawings, specifications and reports
  • Involvement in geotechnical and tunnel engineering risk assessments
  • Direct and support junior members of the group
  • Work with contractors and client bodies
  • Look for new business opportunities

Applicant Requirements

  • Tunnel design experience including TBMs in soft ground and hard rock tunnels
  • Ideally detailed experience in structural design and have a sound working knowledge of soil and rock geotechnics
  • Academic qualifications in civil or geotechnical engineering
  • Good written and verbal communication skill (clear and concise report writing will be expected)
  • Experience in successfully managing engineering teams
  • Commercially minded
  • Willingness for shortterm travel assignments in the Asia Pacific region
Salary Range
  • AUD$180k $210k (to be negotiated)

btw. is there any openings for Sound/ broadcast Engineers. Cos i'm one of them wanted to move out of my current company.
