SURE BRO, WE SHALL MEET BTW HOW WAS YOUR EXAM
TO BE FRANK AM NOT HAPPY AS OF NOW (DUE TO POOR BULB). SPREAD IS EXCELLENT BUT LIGHT PRODUCED BY BULB IS NOT SUFFICIENT TO SPREAD THAT MUCH AREA.

Exams went on fine.

Why do'nt you try with stacked up projectors, but diagonally.. sometime non-symetrical stuff looks good too!

Bro, focusing is not the problem. High beam is the problem. It wont go to the distance i wanted it to go. Instead it will show SKY

Spread is excellent but am not happy for high beam. In low beam it can show you the whole world.

Does it mean worst mod ever .
Battery can withstand anything if the rpm is above 7k . Am planning for rewinding and i just wanted to try out, nothing more.

I have clearly mentioned the reason why i didn't put 1 above the other. There is no enough height to put in the way you have mentioned.

I dont care what others say to this Mod Job but in my Honest opinion, this is one of the cleanest and the most apt Mod Job....far far better than some Paint or stickers.

I have been longing to get one for my Zma too, but shortage of time dint let me go to fetch the projectors.

Just out of curiosity, does the projectors have the provision of adjustment...as we have in our stock head lights, so that we can adjust it to out needs. also, these three projectors with the black tape.... mate that is some real @$$...kudos!

Sreeni, first of all, let me congratulate for the nice mod, hats off to u dear. As I said earlier, u need to position the lenses before mounting thats why u are facing this high beam problem I hope. Its not an easy job to positioning the lenses with a non standard reflector but there are lots of tips available in the net, just follow it. One more, u should'nt've removed the sheild from the Merc's lens, u could've used it as H/L simulaneously without having any beam issues upto this much at least. If u still have it try that also. How did u managed to fix a H1 to a D2S socket? Glue job there also? It will not last as the 100W Halo will desipitate a good amount of heat to burn your bulb gluing or even sealed beam glass too. Stick to a 35W HID after the proper positioning of these lense, or prepare for the wild greets from the oncoming vehicles. So take care its a more focussed light than in a conventional reflector. I changed the sealed beam 3 times when I opted for the 100/90 halo, in your case it could be worse.

Spread is excellent but am not happy for high beam. In low beam it can show you the whole world.

Go for the Osram NB H3, u know its performance before this also, If u've little more money, go for HID 35w worth for projectors.

Does it mean worst mod ever .

U'll've no other choice left than coil rewinding and full DC conversion with the high cap RR. It will take care of ur needs hopefully. After converting to DC with new RR, my bike supports, one 35W HID, 2X55W H3, rest of all stock console, tail, number plates etc. without any struggle. Previously I was getting only 45 Mins max now its extended to more than 3 hours, as I've tested to that only, but I am quite sure about that it will take care of it.

ANYWAYS NICE JOB, I can see that u have a lot of design talents.
