Is any such alteration needed to install the front tyre too..??

Hey Manan, about helmets.... I bought a helmet for my new ZMR ( Though i ll be getting the bike only later this week, till then my Xtreme wil commute me.. hehe.. ) and initially i had planned on buying an AGV Blade LX helmet.. Its cost is some 13.5 k or something over here...
But i finally decided on some other model of Agv costing around 4k..And im perfectly happy with it..
I think any helmets priced betweek 2-5k would be a good and reasonable buy... Though i had initial strong thoughts, now i think spending 12-24k and all on helmets is plain outrageous unless you are that crazy about it and u want such ultra high carbon fibre protection and all..!! On the shop i went to, which is one of the main helmet dealers over here, i found AGV and CROSS helmets to be good..!!

There is no need to any modification to fit M45 4.00-18. Alteration is needed only for Sirac 120.

Ya cross helmets are indeed good and true value for money..range starts from 2k onwards..i`ve a cross helmet which i had bought for 3500 bucks and its been 2 yrs and its still in good shape..the padding is still intact and so is the paint despite of the helmet falling several times from my hand..the paint doesnt chip off that easily.

Why dont you check out performanceracingstore at Tardeo...just nearby your place and you will get a much better variety of helmets.

Ravi anna: since the ZMR comes with the rear disc it takes up quite some portion of space in the swingarm and thats why when the M45 is fitted it touches the chaincase. When we fitted it on Mohsins bike we thought it wont touch the case but eventually it did and had to chop off a little portion of it which was touching the tyre..

Cut off as in a little chop its nothing much. No alteration reqd for the front as the ZMRs front tyre spec is now 3x18, so the M45 fits in easily. Also, it just changes the way the bike does its speeds, it awesome!
