Dude, thats a great looking one. How much it cost you?

@Neon, installing projectors on naked HL setup is bit difficult as there's not much space to accommodate the lens. U need to cut the reflector to get it installed, obviously water seepage may spoil the unit.

Got the following link mxp

Bi-Xenon Hid Kit, Bi-Xenon projector, Bi-Xenon headlights, Angel Eyes, Projector Headlights, Projector Headlights for R15, performance parts in delhi, performance parts in karol bagh, riding parts in delhi, Bike Modification shop in delhi, HID light based out of delhi.

the price quoted by them for single projector+hid+angel eyes is around 5000.
its seems to be a good deal to me.

hi Sajit,

i bought the same hid projector for my thunderbird. the prob is the 5ah battery dies off very soon, leaving me in the dark. am not able to take the bike for long rides during night
It can also be a charging issue, which the mech is now trying to fix.

my question is if the rectifier and battery are good, do you think the proj HID can comfortably be getting power with a 5ah batt, or do i need an upgrade to 7 or 9 ah ?

Hey is it TBTS full DC? If then its a full DC bike and no hassles for a 35W HID as the stock halo is 55/60W. But u mentioned that its got a 5A battery then it should be an AC+DC setup, lighting is AC.

U need to change the coils as well as the rr for the DC conversion. If u can change the RR to a TBTS or any DC type can also do the job for a 35W HID but being with a 5AH batt will be a pain on city drives as well as on b2b traffic as it will get drained faster. If r serious about this then, go for the coil upgrade or rewind the coil with a thicker guage in all the poles and feed it to a DC RR and some wiring mods too. Make up ur mind and get back
