the bike got painted .. sorry fr the late reply.. everything till now is working fine.. no heating problems, no battery problems.

5)17" alloys .. i searched for them a lot. nothing i could find for the cbz. drum pads were giving problems.
6) rear you can fit till 130/70 more than that not possible
7) underseats possible.

Dude do let me know if u want to get ur bike in Custom painted for a take away price.... custom painted as in the design what you have in ur brain or may be better than that
