Did some serious parts changes and my pulsar 180 UG-4 is rock n rolling with rear disc brakes from Pulsar 220.

Hey silverhawk, it would help other people who are looking to do the same if you put up some pics & also the details like the cost involved, time taken & also the performance of the discs once used instead of just giving news about it in 1 sentence...

This kind of mod has been discussed here quite a few times.
The total cost comes to around 8-10K as it involves these parts:

1) Swingarm
2) Rear alloy wheel
3) New rearset for RHS
4) Entire lever-piston-reservoir-caliper assembly
5) Other small stuff like washers etc

An xbhp member called dual disc 200 has already done this, search the 200 Ownership thread for more info.

IMO it is not needed, a 200 is quite the front-heavy bike, and I think the 180 UG4 is similar in behaviour.
