how much improvement in performance can be expected??
should i change the spark plugs too??
i am really confused about which brand and model of filter to buy too...
stay stock unless you are planning for a complete modded engine with big bore, high lift cam shafts and a dyno test.

only using k&N+upjetting+spark plug will not give you any power gain. they simply restore it to the brand new condition (basically because the plug and the filter on the existing bike could be choked)

in one line, stay stock

+1, I had installed the k&N for power but never got what i wanted so had to opt for other mods to supplement the increased air intake capabilities.
