Its just a dream but practically still not possible.
You can try the same on comet that still might see some daylight!

Unhappy boo hoo dude

dude,i shared ur enthusiasm abt 'fi' ing my uni and rtr160(2008) model... i tried all my contacts abt the 'fi' ing the rtr as the new fi version was released
i even spoke to the tvs company engineers, who said that it is impossible to fit it on rtr itself....forget the uni..... they said that the fi kit had to be factory fitted by some comp s*^t,and even if any prob arises with the existing fi's in the rtr 160 fi version, the service center ppl would not touch it(only if v.smal prob).....it also would require some mounts karthe....

Well i think you can actually get this thing done for once, the Karizma's mill is actually borrowed from a Honda CRF230F which is a moto-cross bike and is widely sold in the Brazillian and US, If the original CRF being sold abroad has been Fuel-Injected, then your job is very simple, just get the Fuel Injection system (ECM, Injectors and so on) and retro fit it onto your bike, and one more thing you need to look out for is that the CRF230 has a six-speed gearbox whereas the ZMA is a five-speed only, and due to this the gearbox also must be fitted onto the ZMA, and i don't think your friend would not want that either
