Was looking for a bike(new/old) and decided to get in touch with a friend who works at tvs motors to ask if I could get a discount. Instead told me:
-The 180cc was displayed at the factory floor today(after painting.) Looks awesome.
-No fi for sometime. Not sure what sometime is. Friend didn't say. Said, didn't want to eat into the sales of 160 fi, which was launched recently.
-180cc will kick ass. As fast as/faster than most of the higher cc competition.
-180 fi will give awesome mileage and power. Wheelbase might be longer too(he wasn't sure about this.) The spec sheet is not out yet.
-Bike might(again, might) launch by diwali. And deliveries might start a weeks after that. Keeping in mind bike launches by other companies.

We had a huge discussion on TVS 180cc RTR(Codenamed Menace) in old xBhp.The bike will be out in months to come.But due to unavailability of any real information(Read spec or pictures or launch date) this thread is locked.Topic will be reopened at a right time.
