Mahindra needs to do the ground work first before coming out with anything flashy.I don't know what's will be written in their new vehicles but they should completely go away with the kinetic name(The brand is completely dead) and bring the fresh products only with the Mahindra brand name.

If a aviator with disc brakes costs Rs. 50,873 on road in Mumbai (source: honda website) then whats the harm if this one is in the price bracket of 50-55k?? a few thousand more justifies that retro look (i have personally seen this one and it looks beautiful), and regarding mileage we know how many fz's have sold since its launch, what is the mileage it gives, and what are the bikes whose sales have dropped. But this would only be true if the guys wants to go for a scoot.

Lets see when this one is out.

Its been close to 1 year and I don't see too many Aviator's on road.I travel a lot so I can say that its the same in most of the places.Don't know whether high price is one of the major reasons or not but if it's one of the reason then think what will happen if a scooter comes with even higher price tag.If building a brand is the sole purpose then its ok like say R15 or even R1 but scooters I highly doubt that.Let's see

cool man...... only bikes were not enough and now scooters....... but I liked Nuovo....... it looked more like a bike from front than scooter....... so Yamaha gonna kill Honda's share in scooter's segment....... go Yamaha go...... show these manufacturers that keeping the top position using age old products is not gonna work anymore....... we need new and refreshing products.......

@skyknight19 --- yeah man..... better to return to real world...... but Kawasaki's not coming thats sure....... Kawasaki might not want to do business here in India.......

i dont think the Nuovo is a good idea for India. It wont eat into the scooter market share. and guys who want bike wont even consider that.
actually, I have never understood the idea behind having half bike half scooter kind of two wheeler.

but the guys who will go for the scooter will surely consider this as a good option.

lets see..

it doesn't have the practicality of a scooter. there wont be as much space under seat if at all there is. and the space between the handle and the seat (footboard?)... in scooters, it easy for ladies to sit on the seat. but for this its not like that. and not to forget the ease of transporting gas cylinder

So Honda Dio is very practical...... there's lot of space........ but then also there's hardly any Dio on road....... u'll find many Dios' and thats not very practical if u consider the space.......
its about choice man...... there are many people who like to have modern and unique in crowd looking scooters like we want bigger n sexier bikes...... so if Yamaha really launch these models then no use debating...... time will tell the story......

That will be actually quite cool by the way! Unicorn's engine in a Stunner's body, Why not? That'll be a great combo

But I am sure it's gonna have enough power upgrade to take on the latest offerings in the 150cc segment (minus R15). After having ridden Unicorn quite enough, I personally feel that what it just needs is a sportier riding position to enable it to go faster on corners! Its already quite fast in its category, but the commuterish riding position gives the impression otherwise, that's it!

Actually, come to think about it, the same Stunner is an international bike with Fi abroad. So they might not fiddle with that design or chassis. But then again, if they can fit the Fi in the 150 and make it 6 gears, then maybe,.....hmm....
