Hahahaha! I don't know the technical terms myself (work mostly on software only), but I did manage to get the meaning across, in simple language!

No yaar, he said changes to the bike.... anyways, new graphics new colours or limited edition colours are not really impossible....Q4 is what he promised...
Didnt they 'launched' the red R15 almost instantly as a delay ploy for the booking

Could be...When I saw the accessories brochure, some items kinda gave me a clue that they would be launching it in Red too. Lets wait&watch...Personally I loaded up my R15 with all the accessories available&wouldn't like something coming soon enough looking better than it without spending anything extra!

Would these cosmetic upgrades be possible on the existing bikes. I know the colored parts could be easily changed. They can be done even now. However can things such as LED tail lights, Clear glass turn indicators, or, (if i'm expecting too a much) a better looking digital display be retro fitted on the existing ones? Because if i'm someone who ends up buying the FZ16 a couple of days or weeks before these speculated upgrades, would i able to fit them on my bike?

why doesn't someone lock this topic so that we don't get bored by the tons and tons of speculations coming our way. I think we might focus on something better rather than speculating and contemplating as to who will launch what, where and when!!!!

I myself have been waiting and reading speculations about the Ninja everyday on the net but now it seems useless as I don't have the patience now. Come january and I might buy another bike rather than speculating and waiting etc.

This thread has been made specifically for speculation so that speculation need not happen on other threads. So let it be and let people speculate as much as they want to......

ok ok, point taken!!!!!!

here's some news today on the 1st of Jan 2009. It seems that Bajaj won't launch Ninja this month, but probably a 125cc 'Sport commuter'.

Here's the link to the source:
Bajaj Sport Motorcycle to be launched in January 09
