Keep the LEDs as close to the red plastic cover as possible.
Thanks for the info bro.

BTW, What will happen if I remove the resistor from a 5 LED series connection working in 6v?

My exact problem is the park light LED's are not glowing when it is connected to the bike.

LED's are already close to the glass.

Look, each LED require 2V. 5 LEDs need 5x2 = 10V. So, they can no way turn on with 6V! Use 2 LEDs + 150 Ohms resistor.

used 5 mm leds with 200ohm resistors.. ended up too dim.. should i shift to 10mm leds? or should i reduce resistance to 100ohm?

Your bike has 12V or 6V system? For 6V system use 2 5mm LEDs + 150 Ohms resistors. Rest of the ckt is same. For 12V system, it is 5 5mm LEDs + 200 Ohms resistors.

bike's got a 12 volt system.. so surprised the bulbs were so dim.. need to try them out again..

4 rows for the brake light and 2 rows for the parking light right?

Number of rows is up to you. Just use 5 LEDs + 200 ohm resistors per row.

I was busy for 2 days, so couldn't work with my bike. Anyway today i fixed my problems. the lights are now working. I used the same circuit and same the components. what i done is replaced the LED's which weren't enough bright and resoldered all components.
here are the pics.

Not so appealing in a closer view. But looks awesome from a distance, really!! Only one problem, the AC park light is flickering at idle speed, also there isn't enough glow while idling. As rpm increases it glows. Is it any problem with the capacitor? I'm using 1000uf 25v capacitor.

Wow! Looks great.. Yeah, try using a 2000uF cap or so.. when you OFF the light, does it glow for some time and turns off (like car headlight) or it switches off immediately?
