Default my unsolved grip issue on Pulsar 150

My Pulsar 150cc (2006 model) has done 28000 kms. I have had a year long history of wobbling, skids, lack of grip that keeps repeating. Each service station - Khivraj and other local service stations have tried different techniques. It runs fine for a few kms and then again i run into the same problem again. Last month my best mechanic so far changed a couple of parts (replaced a damaged swing arm bush, etc), tightened back wheel by some points, and there is no wobble atleast.

Current problem is that i find the bike midly slipping (this was always there) - wheel/axle/tyre grip (i do not know) - some component below tilting while riding at certain stretches, it feels like it is slipping and it does not give me confidence to go faster or corner the bike. Though it does not happen while accelerating hard. My latest mechanic says there is no problem at all or perhaps i am over sensitive to this grip problem. I also fill my tyres air at 25/29 instead of 26/36 as mentioned in the tyre thread for Pulsar 150cc (2006 model). Since my tyre is 28000 kms old, i thought the issue is with the tyre but 2 mechanics says my tyres are in very good condition and changing these is just not going to help.

Please advise on what i should do, or is there any very good mechanic/service station in Bangalore that can solve this bike problem. I do not want to change tyres (6000 INR) and still have the problem to continue.

What is your current model of tyre ? If its Eurogrip then it is the culprit as many have said that Eurogrip tends to skid more.

Hey viggy82, I have the exact same problem with my 2004 LML Graptor. I have already changed the swing arm bush and also tyres. But as you said, I am also not confident while cornering but the bike feels stable while accelerating. And then at high speed, even at 60-80, the rear tyre feels like its skidding or has lost grip and is wobbling. [rear tyre is Dunlop challenger 3 x 18. front tyre is also new Dunlop]. I already spent 5000 bucks on the tyres and another 1000 on complete servicing and spare parts and I have also had all the psokes tightened. The problem has reduced as you said after changing the swing arm bush, but it is not completely gone.
PM me viggy82 if you find some solution.
Can anyone help us two guys?

Nigen: Mine is the default MRF Zapper that comes in Pulsar 150, first 20k kms were good, i am having this problem from 20-30k kms, going by Siddharth's quote and my mechanics quote, changing tyre doesnt seem to be the solution to fix this.

Siddharth: Yes, my problem is still there, have done about 7 services at different and same places, given several explanations of problems to service guy, i still continue to have the problem. Right now sometimes i feel the front tyre suddenly slipping left, sometimes it is the back, I have to suddenly shift my balance a wee bit to keep it straight. To explain more, i feel it loosing grip badly on roads that are slanting (to drain water) and i an driving on the left side, but in case the road is banked for doing left curve, my bike feels stable as my olden days. any road/any place where it is not left-banked, i get back to the grip weaken, slipping condition.

Does anyone know a very good mechanic, Pulsar service guy who can fix these unique rare problems well . I am in Bangalore and want to get this fixed badly. Do not want to sell/buy new bike because of this.
