Why are you hell bent on modifying your splendor. The splendor is best when it is stock. I have seen two thread of yours in the same lines. believe me dude Splendor is not made to sustain performance mods. If you want a modded monster, Get a used RX100 or 135 and you'll never run out of modding options...

I think engine modification isn't good thing or Splendor,s is pretty ok in stock mod.
but for visual mods u can do many things but plz don't convert ur bike in any hayabusa or R1 model.

For visual mods.
1. nice sets of alloys in black shade.
2.remove saree guard, replace rear carrier stand by single piped or splender+ grab rail.
3.remove tail mudgaurd,s bottom piece.
4.raise ur bikes shocker give a clean rear end look.
these r normal mods u can do on ur own .

Since you really want to modify this bike, you could do all that c_sbk told you to do. In addition, you could also
  1. Paint it a wild shade and do some restrained stickering
  2. Fit a free-flow exhaust with a nice, proportional can.
  3. Fit a free-flow air filter and bigger jets from the 125
The bike will now sound good, feel more powerful, and have a little bit of extra go, at the cost of lower mileage. Just don't expect too much from it. But hey, you asked!

Hi As per your suggestions playing with shocks but sadly none of the pulsar/ apache or cd100 shocks fitted the splendor, can you suggest which one will fit it the best.

You can change the headlight bulb. If you want, you can put HID.

You can change the horn to a louder one.

I'd say slightly fatter and grippier tyres and thats about it !!
But I've seen pple putting louder phut phut exhausts, clip ons and even a CBR 1000 RR sticker on it !!
