its not just 'bout who is copying what...the question is how it is being done...there maybe some people in India who want to modify their bike to look alike R1 or 'busa, but I don't see Bajaj trying to make an industry out of it and i can still see a lot more pulsars on road than modified R1 s .But things are a bit different in case of these chinese bikes These are specifically made to look alike(maybe 'coz the design is quite good) the pulsars and even 've same names or such names that sounds similar.

Now this is the difference I'm trying to point out.One can buy a bike and may mod it if he wants to.Hell, one can even put a few rocket boosters on his bike and try to fly to space if he wants to.It is not possible for the company to stop him from doing a mod after the bike is sold.I dont think Bajaj Auto sells a bike that looks like an R1 or a 'busa or named their production bikes after the name of these sbks. There will always be some guys who would like to modify their bikes. The manufacturer has got nothing to do with it.
This is somewhat different in case of these chinese manufacturers.U see,
in this case it is the very manufacturer which is involved in the copying business and not any random individual, and that is alarming. I hope now I make the point made here in this thread quite clear.
