Default CBZ Mod

Hi guys,
First of all BIG thanks to administrators,I am finally authorized to post a thread. All these days I have gone through some post's at xbhp forums, I did like all the users view. I did register to xbhp day before yesterday and since then I have been waiting to post a thread. Ok, now lets get back to the topic. I have a cbz 2000 model and have a k&n airfilter. At the 1st attempt I plugged in the k&n directly 2 the carburettor, I was facing some problems with it. When reved up and holded the accelerator at constant 4000-5000rpm the bike would give hitches like it was about to switch into reserve but still there was loads of petrol. That time it probably needed upjetting though. Then I pulled it out and fixed the air filter to the air filter box and its running flawlessly since then. and yeah forgot to mention. I did polish the head and base gasket assembly and also did polish the exhaust outlet and the carb outlet and used the three bond rubber paste for sealing. After this mod I was quite happy with the engine. My mechanic told that he replaced the piston rings buh the piston still has problem's. He said you can assume that your engine is healthy 80% rest 20% is because of the piston and i didn't take the pain of replacing the piston as it is tadd too expensive. My bike now screams, The feel is very diffrent than from the stock. I have already done all these mods and would like some more information on how to increase the performance? I have reached 110kmph on speedo,It doesnt seem to have much of error. Here are my queries
1. Would I need to upjet and get the needed performance? Where would I get the jets and of what size is recommended? Old cbz hav 105 jet size I guess, can i use ZMA's jet probably 135 or any other?
2. The attainded speed is too low when you think of a bike which has undergone so many changes, I would like to increase it? I would like to know which rear sprocket to fit? I have a 46T rear sprocket? What if i fit in 43T rear sprocket of CBZ Xtreme? In Xbhp i read that rear sprocket size should'nt be increased by more than three teeths? The technician in some thread mentioned that cbz having ambition's rear sprocket can cruise at 100kms/hr at 6.6k rev's. But the ambition is having a 38t Rear sprocket I guess which might overload the engine and the bike would loose all its pickup? So please suggest me which sprocket to use?
3. One of senior XBHP members mentioned in some forums that the diameter of exhaust at the opening mouth and the closing mouth's diameter are same, then a exhaust is said to be a free flow exhaust. I have a stock exhaust on my cbz. The opening diameter is more compared to the closing one. So can I polish the closing mouth or can I do anything else to match the diameter of the opening and make the stock exhaust a free flow exhuast?
Thanks a lot to all of the XBHP memeber's...........Keep Posting
