Edit - Can you make the connections at the relay clearer? I am not sure what A,B,C,D,E means. Specific names like Ground, Relay Coil +ve etc would help.

Let me try and guess -

E - Coil +ve
D - Coil GND

B - Common
A - NC (Normally Closed)
C - NO (Normally Open)

And why not use a diode in place of the relay? It would have a much simpler 2 wire connection. Does it cause any problem with the BCU?
dude plz. tell me clearly more plz. cause am not getting it and which relay u r using simple?????? and on relay abcd is written?????
plz. tell me more clearly

It's true that 4200K HID is best when it comes to illumination. As you go up the ladder, the light gets bluer to Violet. But 6000K is not that bad after all, it is worse than 4200K, but still it's almost 3 time better than a Halogen. 6000K is Pure White, with slight over tone of Blue.. not truly Blue though.

I would have bought 4200K Bulb, but it's not easily available, and costlier than the most common 6000K HID available everywhere.

Like toggle On and OFF HID . ?

Thanks
(1) Because is straight fit on 220, no relay/cutout needed. Comes in pair, and you get the warranty.

(2) The toggle switch is installed to revert back to normal single beam system with HID's. Just in case you need to use the Hi Beam, alone.

I'm using a miniature SPDT, 12V relay. All the relays have one common point (Single Pole) and two outputs (double throw). When the relay coil is not activated the Common Point is connected one output, and when the Relay is coil activated the common point connects to the other output.

On a relay A,B,C,D is not written, I have uploaded a picture of the relay I have used,

Of course it is HIGH INTENSITY DISCHARGE. I was just saying that HIDs have high initial current draw!

so on hiway rides is this illumination suficient enough to see the road? Or the lights get eaten up by the yelow ones..
And where do i get this from mumbai any idea?

It's more than sufficient for highways, and the higher the colour temperature, the more glare to oncoming traffic, which is also sometimes desirable. And it's not much of a difference in visibility either, compared to a 4200K.

Raylux HID is manufactured in Mumbai only.

Oh my god man. What kind of alighting is that? I'm really excited about the stuff that we plan to implement! Will keep you in the loop with the purchases.
