How about converting scooty es to electric by changing the swing arm with dc motor? The ES max speed would be like 50-60km/hr i think.

^^ not that easy, good stuff is hard to find here, look for ,let's say 2000 watt bldc motor and controller and some nice pack of battries, they still cost a bomb...
