Default Pulsar 220-center stand issue[wil take 2min to rectify]

Yesterday I did a simple mod But it Works out well, Am so happy about that so I just want to share with my fellow xbhpians

I Bought my Pulsar220 Two months back,I use to bend my bike a lot we have lots of track kinda roads here but big prob when I do with pillion rider or alone center stand use to touch the road,For the first time i was like omg Wtf.. Came back home open xbhp and read the forum, hmmm its the Common issue in Pulsar 220

So the solution provided by others-cut the stand[welding] which I feel little complicated or cut the bush and I dont think it much effective

So I jus went near my ride jus a simple idea Got clicked Try that..Wow It came out well and am so happy about that..

And I jus want to make 100% sure before posting Wheather It woks..Did lots of Test drive alone and with Pillion[80kg] No problem At all..!!

Check the Picks u can understand easily guys

Thatz It guys

What a simple, yet incredibly effective idea! I confirm that this works on my Pulsar 180 UG3 too, which has open chain cover.

@ IS Avinash: Well done man! This kind of effective creativity is greatly encouraged! Thanks a lot.
When I tried leaning last time, I think it was this stand which was scraping the ground.

Well, it does work upto some extent.. Tried it, and now the stand seems to hit those bigger speedbreakers a bit more lesser than before.. Although it might be coz i weigh 85kgs and my pillions aren't any lighter too..

Still, highly recommended. Good Idea Mate..

No bro There wont be any sound.,If u completely remove the bush u may hear, but right now what we did is inverted the bush so still some part of bush present over there.so there wont be any issues or sound

yeah buddy thats what we did,Didnt remove completely as u may hear Thad thad sound whenever u use the stand.,so we jus changed the bush position[Inverted] instead of cutting etc.

Yeah me too tested a lot in curvy roads.., need to test in race track
As I was planning to go race track next month in MMSC track

@Everyone

Its easy job guys instead of removing the center stand or alter the center stand, this is an easy way to rectify so thats why I thought to share with my fellow xbhpians

I've been having a lot scraping issues with the center stand in ghats. Was thinking of removing but hopefully this'll work..
