it depends on you,it is done when engine becomes old or the previous oil had burnt extremely enough and have become thick.it just cleans your bike engine and removes dirt which can put scratches on the piston and cylinder wall.and regarding completely drainage of diesel,the diesel will completely come out,and if some drops had left it will completely evaporates when you will run the engine.if you are scare of the same,u can flush with petrol and keep the oil filling cap opened for 2 minutes and the petrol will automatically evaporate.
