Great DIY job. I'm instantly inspired to take this up by myself. Any idea where the indicator socket for the CBR 150R is located?

Not sure but must be under fairing. Just open and track the cable.

Yes you can install on any two wheeler.
The beauty of this setup (Use of Diodes) is that it doesn't affect your normal indicator function plus you get single switch parking light.
With this setup you can even come back to stock easily as there is no cut in the wiring or no modification to the switch unit.

There is another way of making parking light (2 switch option) where you have to operate normal indicator switch and an extra toggle switch which connects L & R indicator wires thus making all the blinkers flash together.

I have made this & is working perfectly.
But the buzzer makes beeps on using this hazard lights. I want the hazard lights to flash without sound, with sound only when using side indicators.

Though i am not a technical person i tried doing this method on my hero honda super splendor and it didnt work. Found the input supply and indicator cables, and shorted the left and right indicator wires, the indicator didnt work and the relay didnt tick tock but had a krrr sound. I thought something went wrong and i might have overloaded the relay. But on removing the load the indicators began working. Then researched a bit and found some technical information on diff types of relays.

Earlier bikes and cars used to come with electromechanical relays which used to make sound while operating. they work based on the load applied and hence in my 2006 model super splendor bike if one indicator light fails the other doesnt work or flash at the specified rate. But in modern bikes they must have replaced them with electronic relays which dont make tick tick sound when operated and are independent of the load applied. Hence for people having electromagnetic relays this may not work.

We may need to buy an electronic relay or rather an advanced relay highway flasher like this

Highway Indicator Flasher: Amazon.in: Car & Motorbike

This has different patterns and works well.

Respect your effort and the time spend on this. But using this lights in heavy rain will be a stupid decision. These lights are called Hazard lights and its only used in case of Emergency braking or parking or in other emergency situation. Not for rain or Fog. This will confuse oncoming traffic. You can either use park lights or DRL's for this purpose or fog lamps in case of fog.

When you switched on your hazard lights in rain or fog and want to take a lane change, you put the indicator, But it wont effect as both indicators are blinking. Behind vehicle wont come to know about your lane change and can cause accident, and roads are slippery too.

agreed. but again, ppl dont value indicators here. if they want to cut the lane, they will. you cant stop them. so its not unexpected for me if person ahead of me in left lane suddnely comes to mine.
while changing lane, rider can switch the connection off and will one set of turn indicator where he wants to shift.

If you are also doing like others who does not value rules , whats the difference of you being a Biker? You are inviting trouble for you as well as for others. Its nowhere written that if one is not putting indicator you also should not. May be If you put indicator , by seeing you some other will also learn to put. Try to learn value of the rules and ride safely. Its always for everyone's safety.

no where in my post i said i turn or switch lane WITHOUT using indicators, did i?
neither i promoted or praised ppl not using indicators, did i?

i just had accepted the fact that its trend to use hazard lights in heavy rain/fog both by cars and motorcycle riders. and person posting DIY can switch off the bridge and use the indicator in the direction he wants to move if he is riding in heavy rain/fog and wanted ti switch between lanes. also dont ever expect others to turn after indicating for your own safety. thats all i said in previous post.

i request you to not to assume things. please read twice if you want to reply on some text.
i am assuming one thing for good, you might have been in hurry/watching movie/talking to someone while reading my reply and posting your views on it.
