Exchange will be provided only if the product is returned unused and exchanged within 2 months of purchase.

Don't know...but I got my DSG motomesh gloves replaced just for the size. the L size was small...so chose the XL size.
My GF ordered it online, but I got it exchanged from a dealer in Gurgaon(Delhi-NCR)

I got hold of the Latest design in DSG gloves, an XL sized "DSG-Revive" gloves on the night of 29-01-2010 from Smart Designs Wadala, the distributor of DSG gloves from Mumbai. I used it for a couple of hours the next day and immediately noticed that two stitches were missed in the area between the thumb and the first finger area of the gloves. It is a manufacturing defect that one can see only when the gloves is stretched and it is no surprise that I was unable to spot the same on the previous night when I purchased it.

So, within 24 hours of purchasing the same, I contacted Smart Designs and also feedback@planetdsg.com from my email id at ak.nitc@gmail.com. I had even sent photos of my defective gloves. And I did get a reply that I will get it replaced as soon as possible and that I will be called as soon as the gloves have been shipped to Mumbai.

Today is the 17th day of me buying the gloves and 16th day of reporting the same. I had even dropped off my gloves on Monday 01-02-2010. I have written to them again and to Smart Designs also. The Smart guys at Smart Designs sent a message to Planet-DSG with me in cc saying "When are we getting the gloves"

This is the content of my latest mail:
"Dear Mr.Vijay,

I dropped off my gloves at Smart Designs, Wadala on 01-02-2010. The replacement has not yet come. I am going to meet the valuable services of the Revive gloves for the second weekend now.

Please expedite the process and deliver a fresh piece of XL size Revive gloves at Smart Designs. I have spent 2000 rupees on a gloves which is defective and it is only fair that I get it replaced within 2 weeks time. The two weeks are almost over."

There is no reply still. I have no idea what their plans are. I might have hardly used the gloves for a couple of hours and I have been waiting for the past 16 days. If indeed DSG wants to become the indian face of what Alpine stars is worldwide, I seriously don't think this approach of theirs will do any help. In service lies success! Organizations are made and unmade because of their service.

I seriously hope that Planet-DSG will look into my case and resolve the same as soon as possible.

i bought the DSG phoenix jacket on the 5th from aman automobiles. ( two days before the delhi gajraula ride ). Very happy with the shop and the owner, Tapan.

I mustve worn the jacket about ten times... I find that the velcro strap on the left cuff is coming loose from the stitching on the border. ( not the velcro, but the black cloth material that is at the end of the cuff ). The black cloth is coming free at the end of the zipper, and the thread has come out.... This will pull out the rest of the cuff. Sorry but i dint expect such a sorry state of manufacture on a 5K + jacket. I have the bill with me.

@DSG rep - is there a solution to a 12 day old jacket???
