We are sorry that we are unable to acquiesce to your request and the requests of ardent followers of this bike and the thread on the forum. We are currently under heavy pressure for something very important that has cropped up. We will be taking care of this hopefully in the not-so-distant future. In the meanwhile please do bear with us.

At first sight .... I though it was the TVS TAURUS.......

Then after reading the Toptic twice and thrice....only i came to a conclusion that it is HD V ROD or Black ROD.....

Hmm I was a huge fan of the Vrod untill I saw one in a showroom amongst other Harley's. The stock simple blue red colorerd tank V rod looks very dull & ordinary.

Besides its not a completly Harley bike.

The only Vrod which looks nice is the one in full Chrome. Havent seen the night Rod but I think it should also look good.

The Night Rod in Black looks simply awesome!

It is a different kind of a Harley. It is not your usual Large Chromed Elegant long distance cruiser Harley. It does not fit in the Harley archetype, true. But it is a Harley. And an expensive one at that!

A little more teasing before the thing comes up in its entirety.

The Black Beauty...

The eternal argument continues. And for a change the long n low can give the supersports a run for its money...well, at least in the straight line.

We did a pretty exhaustive review ride of the Night Rod over the last weekend. And sure was a revelation. This is 'very' unlike the typical Harley's the world is used to.

Also had the good fortune of having a Suzuki Intruder close at hand (courtesy our very own Anurag Ashok). And so we could compare the two behemoths side by side. Two big Vee's side by side made for an occasion. And xBhp did rise to it. Watch this thread for a lot more in days to come...

Very tempting indeed. When will we get to see the complete picture?
