it didn't cost me much. my mechanic had a spare slide. he gave it to me for free. but he was saying that its cost is around RS 550.00/=. i got it for free. i m keeping my fingers crossed, till i test it completely.

guys i think the problem is solved now, as the power delivery is smooth throughout the range. i came to aamby valley from pune, today morning, though i couldn't test it completely because of bad weather, heavy cross winds, i only tried it till 100 kmph once and upto 90-95 kmph three four times, but till that point there was no problem at all. so i think the problem is pretty much solved now by replacing slide and diaphram only instead of entire carb. saved a couple of thousands.

well guys the problemis completely resolved now..... i feel much better now after a number of hight speed highway trips from pune to aamby, thank u guys.
