The only problem left is the rpm niddle fluctuation at 7500 rpm.

@vkavadia
1) my vehicle struggles when i reach 7500k n the niddle starts to fluctuate rapidly there itself even after giving the throttle to its limit
2) no there was no specific timing when it got shutdown before the tuning

@revvhard

Dude installing of k&n filter was the best thing i did to my bike

It increased my initial pickup, good mileage, n the sound from the exhaust is awesome like must have never heard it..
&
there is no improper mixture of fuel/air ratio since everything is controlled by the electrical circuits i.e the ecu of the bike..

@Huzee

replacing the fuel injector is the best option thats what i think too....
1> Have you ever changed FUEL FILTER..?

2> Is it only needle or Engine also feels stressed @ 7500RPM ?

3> Does bike rev's more than 7500RPM in lower gears (1st-2nd) or even when bike is at N ?

dude one good option is to clean or change ur fuel injectors and one important thing to be considered for a 5 year old bike is cleaning up the carbon settlement on the valve seating area, where this actually might create a lack of compression at top ends, just clean it properly by polishing it or shaving it off according to the deposit

The regulator rectifier(RR) unit might have gone kaput.The output readings can be checked with the help of a multimeter.

my regulator is working fine output is 14.75 v and i had r/p my battery with new one a week ago since i thought battery must have been gone ... i have given my bike to bridgestone tvs in rajaji nagar 3 days back but they still finding it difficult to rectify the problem..the mechanic who is trained fuel injection vehicles says in TVS APACHE RTR EFI the connection is a bit complicated...im waiting for some miracle to happen...worried to the core

another thing i had given my bike for 1/2 engine overoilling since my bike had decresed compression ratio but im bankrupted when they found out there is a leakage from inlet & outlet valve n need to replace...piston & rings slightly cease....timing chain need to r/p....clutch plates gone totally and even clutch drum ruined from it and need to r/p both...had put fully synthetic oil from shell 1 month back and found only 500ml left so need to r/p that too
totally an estimate of 6000 in a day...

WHAT AN HIGH MAINTENANCE BIKE BUT I STILL LOVE IT AND CAN'T LIVE WITHOUT IT

PLEASE NEED THE SOLUTION FOR MY BIKE BATTERY NOT CHARGING PROBLEM.
