Change both front and rear pads. For front you can also use Apache RTR180 Pads.

About the fiber parts, there's a company named UTTAM, they sell fiber parts of all Indian bike's. The quality's similar to the ones of stock, and even buying the whole kit would round upto 1.5~2K. Just contact your local dealer and ask for the same, and they may be able to help you.

Not much, its the same company that make's 3rd party fibers for all HH bikes, I just saw their Ad poster stuck on the wall of the local parts dealer and in that they also mentioned ZMA, thats why enquired about it to the local parts dealer, from the looks of it, I think its ok. But cant honestly say that unless we personally use it.
