Angry White smoke from exhaust please help

I own a Bajaj Discover 100 CC. It is just 9 months old. Suddenly I noticed a weird problem like " when i drive at full throttle after sometime i notice a huge amount of WHITE smoke coming out from the exhaust and then when i slow down the bike shuts down and doesn't responds for a few minutes" ( electric , Kick nothing works) after some time ( 5-6 mins) it starts normal without any smoke and runs fine. Mainly it happens when it is above 80kmph . I told the SVC people they took my bike and serviced but the problem remains. now i have forcefully given them the bike and asked to fix the problem . they said the oil seals are broken and needs to be replaced.
I am worried as i have searched some threads where this symptom indicates " worn engine / worn piston ring / Worn cylinder walls. i told them these too but they said no its only the problem of broken oil seal.

P.S : sometimes i found some oil is on the gearbox cover and where i park my bike there sometimes some liquid drops and the surface became white due to that drop. ( it indicates that my oil seals are may be broken)

My question is can only the broken oil seals causes white smoke? please advise. Thnx.

This shows an improper run-in since your piston rings have given up. Thats the reason for the white smoke.
Advice is a form of nostalgia.
Dispensing it is a way of fishing the past from the disposal, wiping it off, painting over the ugly parts and recycling it for more than it's worth.

    quite possible.
But oil burning (which causes white smoke) can also be caused by failed valve guides.
    @ Thread Starter,
How much your bike has run?
I think your bike is still in warranty, so claim it. They won't be able to know how you run-in'ed your bike.

i am worried and confused. tomorrow i will be getting my bike back and will test. if the problem persists what to do? will it be under warranty? as It is only 9 months old and run only 7500 KM. and if not covered under warranty then what will be the approx cost to fix it?

technically speaking, oil seals are not covered in warranty... eitherways iven if it is, only the cost of spare will be discounted. the labor will still set him back by 1000 bucks...

as antz said, piston can be a probable cause. but at just 9 months, it is rare. better take a sound technical person with you and ask the engine to opened in front of you... only then you will be able to differentiate

    Unhappy

Well I got my bike today. The SVC people did'nt asked me to pay any charge. when i asked the mechanic about what he did, he replied that the problem has been fixed but did'nt explained what was the problem.Later i inspected that the engine was opened as the upper part of the engine was dripping oil. Some tuning was done. As i was in hurry to reach to my office i could not managed enough time to test the bike then. in the evening at home i tested it and found after some hard revs that it is still emitting that bloody smoke .
My problem is still not fixed. they took my bike for 3 days and couldn't fix the problem. i think i will have to endure the pain of this smoke though it only comes at speeds higher than 80 and i usually don't drive at that speed unless any body with splender / platina / etc( l100CC bikes) comes near me.

I want to know if i continue riding with this problem what can happen as i am out of money right now to fix this if the job takes more than 1000 bucks.

My mileage is also like 50-55, even in Highways after driving almost 137 kms in almost constant 50-60 km/h i got only 58 kmpl.

I am damn frustrated with this bike. if anyone can throw some light in this issue i will be thankful.

Ok. I just want to know if i ask SVC people to open my bike engine head and just examine what is wrong/ is it busted valves? problem with valve guides or oil seal broken or piston ring worn out or something else will they do it without charge?
and if i do it from outside what can be the cost of the only inspection?

Can't say about the svc but anything upto 500 is ok at the outside mechanic excluding cost of gaskets etc.
I still insist you the warranty thing.

Low RPM occasional smoking is caused by Valve stem seal leak..it will be noticed at starting more than in running....If the smoke is at higher RPM, then it is the engine oil escaping through the Piston Rings, into the combustion chamber...mostly due to rings/bore wear.

I noticed today that the smoke is not that huge as previous. The smoke now is somewhat noticet at higher rpms. Thou i have nt tested it by riding it above 80s . I parked my bike on main stand and rev ed it hard . After some hard revs the smoke is coming and its not that whita as i noticed earlier while real riding. I took my bike to the svc cntr and showed the smoke. They said its normal. In that rpms this kind of smoke comes out.
Is it true as i did nt noticed it when my bike was new.
