Lightbulb Some Mods for Karizma!

Hi all,
I've recently purchased a 2nd Hand Karizma with just 17000 on odo.
though the bike is in stock condition and is almost as good as a new one but there are a few things I need to know and Clarify.
I see that the heat emitted by the engine in case of ripping is a bit too much, I have removed the Engine Cowl/ Guard and have seen the difference. After the removal, the engine is a lil bit less stressed out and doesnot emitt tht hi heat.
also, the Silencer on the whole becomes a way bit too hot. Do we not have a muffeler in the silencing unit as we have in Bajaj ( the glass wool Muffler)
Is it possible to keep the engine a bit cooler by installing a Fan or some kind of water/liquid Jacket around the chamber! though I have a fair Idea of the whole set up but I am a bit confused as how to circulate the coolant in the Jacket. do we have any kind of a pump that may solve the purpose!

wud appreciate valued feed back from the fellow bikers.
