Guys you better stop disucssing about general opinions of stabilities of the bike at higher speeds. If you have any solution for the particular problem that Deepa facing, post some details, or else stop posting in this thread. There are seperate threads to dicuss that.

I think, the stability of Zma at higher speeds is established and this is not the topic to debate.

Hi Ravi,
My bike also feels the same, I mean wobbling..,here is the complete story..and please suggest, I am from hyderabad and I am fedup servicing bike Lakshmi motors and mody..need some good mechanic for my zma let me know if you have someone in mind.

1. Total Kms done till today :32,200
2. Cone case kit (recently changed, one week back)
3. Changed rear tyre to the same factory recommended settings 100/90,18", but i have changed the brand from MRF to Dunlup.( I heard from someone, i should not cruise at high speeds on new tyre, I did constant 120+ for about 100kms+ on the very next day of installation on my way to goa from hyderabad, is this a culprit?).
4. Front tyre remains same right from the day1 of my purchase of the bike.
5. Fork oil and oil seals are inspected, checked and changed at regular intervals.
6. Re-fitted the new tyre again(dunlop) with tyre walla, still the bike wobbles.
7. Never inspected the T-Junction, but someone at service center said need to change the swing arm bushes(but you know, these showrooms never have spares).

Now,based on above..please suggest me what is the exact reason for wobbling..planning to sell zma and buy r15, what do you suggest.

Waiting for your response,
KoushiK

If either wheel is wobbling --------

Excessive wheel bearing play/ bent rim/ loose swing arm pivolt bolt or an excessively worn swing arm pivot bushing / bent frame.

Incase u feel d steering is heavy as well along wd d wobbling bit then either the steering bearing adjustment nut is too tight or a damaged steering head bearing.

@kaushik....good to c u here bud ! haaan....r15...call me.....good news fr yu

Also, change cone set (ball races kit).
Fork fluid capacity is 144 (ATF or SS20) and the fluid level should be 165 mm from top.
