Question K&n or Green filter

i have used k&n rc1060 on my uni for a very long time and lost it recently..
so came across some green filter which is costing almost the same price..
did a bit of googling and found some rewies saying that green is better than k&n as it has a thicker rubber part which can absorb vibrations better and also more but smaller pores on the surface when compared to k&n so restricting dust better...
all the details abt the green filter r available below...
so confused so as to what filter should be bought...

Pete's Automotive Products Pvt Limited> Main Section > Green Filters > Universal Filters > Green Filter Universal Conical Bike K7.50 50mm I.D, fits unicorn, Karisma, etc

Green Cotton Air Filters have probably the largest range of cone filters available and produce a size and style to suit most motor applications. All cone filters are produced to Green Filter’s usual high standards and incorporate the pleated design which increases the surface area by upto 10-20% thus optimizing horsepower, throttle response and torque. All cone filters have a massive filtration capacity and will catch and hold large amounts of dust, dirt and moisture without restricting the air flow. Choose from our range of conical or cylindrical shapes, twin cone, power flow, breathers, twisters or diamond filters. The strong flexible moulded rubber flanges ensure an air tight secure fit which absorbs vibration and can fit sizes in-between due to their flexibility.

and the famous k&n rc1060

K&N's Universal Air Filters are designed and manufactured for a wide variety of applications including racing vehicles, radio-controlled cars, generators, snowmobiles, tractors, and other applications. Regardless of the angle or offset diameter of the air intake, there is probably a K&N Universal air filter for your equipment. All filters are constructed with ultra-strong molded pliable rubber flanges which absorb vibration and allow for secure attachment and can also be stretched for up to 1/16" (1.5mm) to fit in-between sizes. K&N universal air filters are washable and reusable.

Default Green Filter for my zma

hey
after almost 10 months of waiting period for my Splitfire spark cable wire and NGK iridium on getting in touch with my zma...
Finally i done it...whooooosh !! what an amazing change...it was really a smiling surprise feeling after riding it...
one thing more missing is the Castrol Power 1 Racing oil i bought with the above two...it should be in my zma pretty soon...

Last thing on my mind for a long time is being in touch with an after market air filter...
at one it was hell down here hearing the sound of the wroom wroom from almost all bikes...say sometimes the splendor, libero, from pulsars to the upper class...

now that all the buzz of filters have gone down...

i am thinking of having the Green Filter for my zma...
is it a good bet than the K&N filter...

and believe me ...i love to be unique...lol

@dogg - does green filter provide the same life as of k&n .. upto 50K kms... washable and reusable.. and if the pores are even smaller than k&n it wont be that freeflow as k&n .. it restricts dust plus airflow as well.. right.

na,the pores just keep out the very minute particles, the dust u r talking abt will be taken by the mesh surrounding it..
that is why u have to recharge ur filter evert 20~30k kms...
and by the way, i got a second a k&n rc1060 as i know abt the recharge kit and will soon be buying k&n's when i get into cars,so the recharge kit can be used for both...
but no info abt the green's recharge etc etc...
