Tip of the Day

Hide and safe

Let a couple of other larger vehicles get across the crossing before you when the light goes green. Use them as moving shields across the intersection. They can take a hit and survive....you won't.

    Default WAX, hmmmm !!!

Hi mate, sorry but I'm really don't believe in the waxing thing to bike ( it suits girls best ).. okay jokes apart but i have a simple rule to keep bike shining and clean despite how much you use it.

    1. Spend just 5 mins to clean these parts (just for avenger) before you start your engine .. EVERYTIME !!! ( i have noted the time and it never take more then 5 to 7 mins to finish this)

    • side mirrors.
    • headlight and its CAP.
    • tank, and that chrome on top of the tank for sure.
    • safety bars, they are real beauty.
    • back rest including the metal portion for sure.

    2. Every weekend I spend half an hour of time to clean the bike (mechanic next door take 50 bucks for water wash but i don't want to give this pleasure to him )

    3. I use SHAMPOO (yes you heard it right) in water and not the SOAP and detergent or any thing else to clean.

    4. First cleaning the extra mud and dirt with simple water, and then with shampoo water.

    5. Wash for the last time with clean water.

I rode my bike for >4000 KM and still it looks like new, will post the bike pics soon.

One more thing is to always use Wet cloth to clean bike . a dry cloth makes scratches with dust .
every day i clean the tank , Disk ,rear panels , mirrors ,visor and evry 2 mnths get a teflon coating done .Bike shines like a day-old one after 7600 kms .

For me Clinic all clear (50p pouch) works wonderfully well. First with simple water then with shampoo. Then dry it with blowing hot air from vacuum cleaner.

I used to use Formula 1 polish..... but now switched to this new thing called ArmorAll wax polish. It really gives amazing results.... way better than formula 1 as far as I feel.
